Esteemed disciples of the sea,

Over a year has passed since our last letter. And altogether one would be tempted say, from the outside, it has been rather quiet around GUYOÐ lately. However, we have been far from idle!

With only very few live ceremonies in 2025, we focused on putting together our upcoming release to follow up on our 2023 album “Hear Of Thy Abyss”. It has been painstaking, it has been slow, but it has most of all been exciting and rewarding. Brewing together the new songs, which feel like a continuation of our previous material, but also a slight shift in focus, in brutality, in intensity, in atmosphere. Those who watched one of our scarce 2025 rituals might remember that we also played the one or other new song live already…

However, let this be our main point of this message to you: The release of this new material is nigh! Very soon we will announce more details and insights into the future of GUYOÐ. Be attentive when the time has come!
